I’ve spent my entire career educating clients on how to achieve their estate planning goals. Let me do the same for you.
Attorney Rodney Weaver, Jr. has spent the last 17 years helping clients understand and create customized estate plans. Rodney’s practice consists first of educating clients on how estate planning works, because the best estate plans are the estate plans that clients can understand. From there, Rodney works to identify the objectives that clients want to achieve with their estate plan - whether that is ensuring young parents of minor children are protected and provided for if the worst happens, or helping older clients document their end of life wishes, or revising an existing plan to add simplicity. Once objectives have been identified, Rodney drafts the appropriate will, power of attorney, trust, deed, or other document needed to put the plan in place. Drafted documents are reviewed with clients and any questions or concerns are discussed before the documents are signed. The final step in Rodney’s process to review the implementation of the plan, so clients understand if any titling or beneficiary changes will need to be made.
